Summer’s most fashionable drink has to be Lorenza Rosé, created in Napa by catwalker-turned-vintner Michele Ouellet. The leggy Californian was given her own label by her parents for her 21st birthday, and Lorenza was born. Modeling, it turns out, is a good match for a career in wines: After the grapes are picked and crushed they need to ferment for six months—which gave Ouellet plenty of time to smile for the cameras.
